Returns

All sales of hard parts are final and can’t be returned unless it is under a warranty claim condition. All sales of clothing, gloves or helmets can be returned for exchanged or refund but a 20% restocking charge will be applied and all shipping expenses are on the customer. We must be notified of return within 7 days after we ship the item.

Please follow the Return Policy directly below. If you need to return an item because it doesn’t work please read the Warranty Return Policy further down the page.

Returns must be authorized by contacting Premier Cycle Accessories (PCA) directly to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). To make a return you must call 866-841-9256 or 440-352-2413 or E-mail info@pca-one.com and in the subject line write: RMA Request or come into the store directly. Authorization to return merchandise does not guarantee credit.

Products returned for exchange or credit must be in original condition and be received back within 30 days of the invoice date. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by PCA.

Physically damaged items cannot be returned. Products that are returned to PCA with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be not be given any credit. Returned products that do not meet these guidelines will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Please note: You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when affecting a return. If you are returning an item that was initially shipped for free, the standard ground shipping cost will be deducted from the amount credited back.

All returns must include original tags, packaging and be shipped in an appropriate shipping box. The original PCA shipping box may be used, however DO NOT use the manufacturer’s product box as the shipping container.

We refund in the same manner of original payment. If your purchase was with cash, check (in–store), check (delivery) or if your purchase exceeded $200 pretax, your money will be refunded in the form of a corporate check. If you paid by credit card, we'll credit your account.

Warranty Returns

Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which cover against merchandise defects. If you have a warranty claim please call us at 866-841-9256 or email us at info@pca-one.com. Customers maybe required to return the merchandise directly back to the manufacture depending on their warranty policy. In either case you must obtain an RMA number from us so we can properly track the item for you.

Any warranty item returned to PCA or the manufacturer may be repaired, replaced or credited to your account at the manufacturer’s discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific credit and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item.
