Our customer’s can rest assured that we do not share, sell or in any other way distribute your personal information to anyone outside the realm of our business relationship with you.
Q: Do you accept orders from outside of the United States?
Answer: Yes, we ship all over the world, but there are some countries we do not ship to. Here is a list of countries we do not ship to.

Q: What shipping services do you us for shipping orders outside the United States?
Answer: We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) in most cases. If you want to us UPS for foreign delivery please contact us with your request. PCA is not responsible for any brokerage fees, tariffs, taxes or other fees charged to the customer.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
Answer: Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery. We also accept PayPal and money orders. Shipments maybe delay when money orders are used to allow for verification of the money order.
Q: If I do not see an item on your website, can you get it for me?
Answer: In most cases yes, as we handle many brands and items that are just not posted on our website. In some cases we may not be able to help you as we are not a dealer for every brand.
Q: Do you offer discounts to dealers?
Answer: We are able to offer legitimate dealers a discount on most of the items that we produce internally and offered under the PCA brand name. Dealers must fill out the dealer application form located here and fax us the completed form. Upon approval you will be contacted with a discount code to use when ordering PCA products.
Q: Do you have sizing charts for apparel?
Answer: We do show the manufacturer’s sizing chart and they can be found on the individual product page. These sizing charts are guidelines and do not assure a proper fit as everyone’s body is a little different.
Q: Do you carry OEM replacement parts?
Answer: We do not sell OEM replacement parts. Depending on the type of part desired, there maybe a substitute part(s) available. Example, exhaust pipes, seats, handlebars, etc.
Q: I live in your area; do you have a store front that I can come to?
Answer: Yes! If you live in the greater Cleveland, OH area please stop in. We have a showroom and carry many of the items in stock. If you’re looking for a particular item(s), give us a call before coming and we'll check stock for you. Ph. 866-841-9256.
